After twelve years, Wallspace will be closing its doors. Our current exhibition, Deborah Remington 1963-1983, organized by Jay Gorney, will be our last.

We are deeply proud of the program we have built. We have worked hard to shine a light on rigorous, risk-taking practices, and owe a great debt to the artists and community that have allowed us to do so. It has been our immense privilege to nourish a roster of artists who have inspired us, challenged us and enriched our lives in immeasurable ways. We are better people for knowing you and we thank you for working with us to make Wallspace the special place it has been. To the rich community of artists, curators, collectors, writers and peers who have supported us as friends and colleagues over the years, we thank you for your dedication, generosity, enthusiasm and camaraderie. We have been humbled and sustained by your thoughtful viewership, and look forward to continued opportunities to collaborate in the future.

The gallery will be open through the 7th of August. Please come to see our brilliant Deborah Remington show one last time, and join us in bidding Wallspace a fond farewell.

Gallery hours: Tuesday - Saturday 11 am - 6 pm

The gallery is located on 27th street between 11th and 12th avenues in Chelsea. The closest train is the C/E at 23rd street.
